Appalachian Mountain Brewery

The award-winning brewery that begun in Boone, NC and is known for being the first craft brewery to buy itself back from Anheuser-Busch chose Mills River for its first tasting room outside of their hometown because of the proximity to Pisgah National Forest, the clean water and the growing beer scene. The tasting room offers 32 taps, a full menu that showcases local cuisine and ingredients, plus lots of events, like live music and group bike rides.
