Backwoods Family Farm

Backwoods Family Farm was created by the Hinson family (Dale, Patty, Hannah, Trent, and Kristina) in early 2020. After 30 years of producing beef, and the interest of purchasing our beef grew, we decided to create and build Backwoods Family Farm. Our entire family is very passionate about agriculture and love sharing our passion with others by teaching where food comes from, what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, while also providing a fun farm experience! We are proud to be able to supply our community with farm raised beef and pork, free range chicken and duck eggs, homegrown seasonal fruits and vegetables (strawberries, corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, ect.), and in the near future offer non-edible products made from our dairy goats milk (soap, lotion, candles, etc.). We look forward to meeting each and every person that stops by.
