Family owned business inspired by small Italian farmstead creameries. Local milk for the cheese is sourced through local small family-owned dairies. Boxcarr crafts 13 cheeses made from cow and goat milk and are available through their online store, as well as local restaurants and shops. They are also a vendor at the Mebane Farmers’ Market.
