Companion Planting Intensive City Farming – This year we are doing a U-pick for locals as well as provide products for local restaurants and stores. Product include seasonal produce, jams, pickles, sauerkraut and fruits. We utilize intensive companion planting with plastic mulch and drip irrigation. Specialty Cherry tomatoes and Italian pole beans, Basil, oregano, dill and parsley are provided to local restaurants and to the local public this year.
