Cauble Creek Vineyard LLC

Cauble Creek Vineyard and Winery is situated in the Western Piedmont of North Carolina, nestled among the rolling hills of Western Rowan County, about 3 miles from the historic town of Salisbury. We are proud to be North Carolina’s 100th winery, having opened our doors in August 2010. This land has been farmed by our family for four generations, and it is the homeplace of our paternal grandmother, Elma Lavinia Cauble Yost.

Our mission is to provide quality wines crafted from our estate vineyard, which predominantly features North Carolina’s native Muscadine grapes. Additionally, we offer a selection of European varietals, including dry white and red wines, all grown right here in the Western Piedmont.

In addition to winemaking, we host music events and serve as a venue for private parties and weddings. We believe that we are not just farmers; we are stewards of the land and the community. We take pride in our role within North Carolina’s Farm Preservation efforts.
