A local dairy farm that has been in operation since 1911, with the fourth generation of the Cheek family now operating the dairy farm and creamery. In 1979, Rodney Cheek built a dairy on the family farm. In 2016, Rodney along with his sons, Brandon and Trathen opened their creamery to begin selling milk to the local community. Since then, Cheek Creamery has received statewide recognition by being rated as the #1 best tasting chocolate milk in NC.
