Hey y’all Lillee Bissett here, from Farm and Table Market here’s a little about our lives and how we got here. My Family has always been heavily involved in 4H, judging and showing cattle. A generational cattle family and a papa who managed the NCSU Beef unit for 30 years you can say we were born into it! After many years we decided to expand into the world of meat, eggs and woodcraft. We now have a small farm in Bullock Nc, northern Granville county. We run Hereford and wagyu-herf influenced cows(wafers), have a few Berkshire pigs, broiler chickens and my sister has kahtadin sheep herd which will be a new product coming soon.
We still show cattle with a small group that I’ve worked with to show and take care of their animals. You can check them out at the Granville county livestock show in Oct then at the NC State Fair also in Oct. And I’m always open to help any of the younger generation if they want to get in to anything cattle related
