Farmers Markets Passport

There is no better way to experience local flavor than through a trip to a seasonal farmers market where you will find fresh, food that you can purchase directly from a producer. The Henderson County Farmers Market Coalition has created a passport to help highlight these local market experiences. Community members interested in participating in the Farmers Market Passport Program can pick-up a passport at any of the five participating markets information booths. Participating markets include Hendersonville Farmers Market, Mills River Farm Market, Henderson County Tailgate Market, Flat Rock Farmers Market, and the Etowah Lions Club Farmers Market. Simply get your market passport stamped at all five participating market locations information booths. Once the passport is completed bring it to the Henderson County Extension Office to receive a cookbook and seed kit.
