Gale Mclambs Meats and Butchering has been in operation since 1980 and is operater by Gale and Linda Mclamb along with their two sons, Jonathan and Mark. In addition to processing hogs and cows, Mclambs Meats also processes deer meat for local hunters. The family also sells pork sausage made from their own family recipe. The Mclambs believe in treating their customers like family.
