Hatteras Smoked Fish Compay

The Hatteras Smoked Fish Company is a island smokery located in Hatteras Village. Our focus is on fish that is caught locally by our commercial fishermen. We are a small batch operation, offering inshore catches of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Stripped Mullet and offshore Amberjack and King Mackerel. Along with smoked fish we are also featuring smoked fish dip and a southern style smoked fish spread. “Wild, Fresh and Simple” is our business motto.
