Holly Spring Farm

Holly Spring uses sustainable practices, produces over 30 varieties of tomatoes, specializing in heirlooms, as well as other specialty vegetables, and tomato starts. They supply restaurants in the Hendersonville area and sell at the Etowah Lions Farmers Market Wednesdays 3-6 pm, Flat Rock Farmers Market Thursdays 3-6 pm, and the Mills River Farmers Market Saturdays 8-12am from May-Oct.
