Indian Grove Farms

Indian Grove Farms is owned and operated by Kenny and Janice Johnson since 2007. The farm is located in the area of Surry County called the Chestnut Ridges and was previously a tobacco farm. Kenny worked the land with his great grandfather and grandfather growing tobacco and, of course, a large vegetable garden. The home where his great grandfather lived still stands on the property. The land now is being used to grow delicious fruit such as Japanese Persimmon trees, blueberries, blackberries, figs, black chokeberry, and serviceberry for everyone to enjoy.
