Ithika Acres Farm and Creamery

Stephanie Carter and David Carter share in the ownership of Ithaca Acres, Inc. Stephanie and David grew up with 4H and learned farming as part of their home school education. We have been farming in NC since 2005 but farming has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember. We want to provide the best farm products to our customers, near and far, to experience and enjoy. We hope to share our farm products and experiences with the many adventurous visitors seeking a great farming experience. We are constantly developing new products, opportunities, and experiences that we want to share with others in order to highlight the reality of life on a working farm.
