We are Natalie Woolard and Nick Dotson: business partners as well as mother and son. Two decades ago, our family farm was converted from cattle to farm-raised catfish. As my parents and Nick’s grandparents approached retirement we began to look at ways to keep the farm in aquaculture through crawfish production. Our first season was in 2020 and we are excited to continue to bring locally grown crawfish to eastern North Carolina.

The crawfish season typically begins in early April each year. For ease of purchase, you can order crawfish online! Check out our online store.
