Out From Da Woods

Out From Da Woods is a new small business started by Joshua Wood last December on his grandparents’ land, in hopes to grow food for the family like his grandpa Pete once did. This started with growing and selling microgreens with intentions of selling fresh fruit and edible mushrooms. This dream is coming to live with the restoration of old farmland, turning an overgrown field into a food forest covered with edible mushroom growth, fruit trees, and perennial edible plants that need little maintenance due to heavy mulching and other regenerative gardening practices in permaculture design. The main goal of Out From Da Woods is to grow as much nutrient dense produce as possible with minimal effort and with zero man-made chemicals.
