Penderlea Farms

Penderlea Farms is a family-owned farm located in Burgaw, North Carolina, within Pender County. Spanning 575 acres, the farm is dedicated to preserving and repopulating historic live oaks in Southeastern North Carolina. They hand-pick acorns from some of the region’s oldest and most cherished trees, including those at Airlie Gardens and Fort Fisher, to grow majestic heritage live oaks.

The farm also engages in community projects, such as educational events for local students and partnerships with environmental organizations. It’s a wonderful place to explore the beauty of nature and learn about sustainable practices.
