Seven Springs Farm

Seven Springs Farm is a family owned organic farm– and a destination too. We’re located in the western North Carolina mountain community of Green Mountain.

Owner Shanais Pelka is a nutritionist, educator, herbalist and health expert. Daughters Aly and Abria both studied permaculture and sustainable living in Costa Rica and Chile, and also manage the farm.
