Sharonview Farm

For over 12 years Nasi Goudes and Teri Wood have produced and sold log-grown mushrooms and ready to fruit inocculated logs at Sharonview Farm. The Goudes Family Farm was established in 1964 and is over 400 acres of forest. Our forest management plan dictates that we cull non-value, crowded and crooked trees. As well, when trees are harvested, the tops and limbs that were previously wasted are used. We use these forest byproducts to create a cash flow while we wait for the forests to mature. Also supplementing our income, we have flowers, plants, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and crafts made from farm products. Wild mushroom foragers can explore over 400 wooded acres with 10 miles of trails.
