The Pavilion at Carriage Farm

Kirk and Marti Leone bought 112 acres of land south of downtown Raleigh in 2001. The Leones purchased the land intending to develop it, but instead fell in love with the wooded scenery, rolling hills and glittering pond. They built their dream home and began to raise a family. They later used the vast property and barn to start a business boarding horses. Today, The Pavilion at Carriage Farm is a picturesque Raleigh wedding venue peacefully tucked away in North Carolina’s beautiful countryside.

The breathtakingly simple, yet elegant 10,000-square-foot barn pavilion is adorned with wooden beams that stretch to a 30-foot gambrel roof. Inside, you’ll find classic elements that can easily be elevated based on your style and design preferences – rustic charm, bright and extravagant, or something in between. Just steps from the Pavilion you will find The Bryleigh Rose Chapel. This custom designed white-steepled chapel, with its striking bell tower, is one of our beautiful ceremony options. Surrounding both buildings are stunning vistas lining the perimeter. From your vantage point you can view wildlife like deer and wild turkeys, while the horses graze nearby in our pastures.
