We are located in NC’s historic district of oysters, Stump Sound. Three little Spats is the largest oyster farm in Stump sound, producing oysters that are served in restaurants from NYC to Savannah, GA. Currently, we grow 4 brands of oysters — Permuda Island selects, Permuda Island petites, Olde Point Salts, and Carolina sweets.
