Whitaker Farms – Climax

Whitaker Farms has been family-owned and operated since 1975. The Whitakers raise farm fresh greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers, field tomatoes, peppers, melons, and other fresh produce. The Climax location features pick-your-own strawberries and a pumpkin patch seasonally. Pick-your-own trips offer wonderful opportunities for children to learn from where their food comes! The Climax and Franklinville locations have garden centers specializing in gorgeous hanging baskets, customized patio containers, and a vast variety of annuals and perennials. You’ll also find Whitakers at the Piedmont Farmer’s Market in Colfax.
