Wood Angus Farm

Wood Angus Farm is a three generation family farming operation located in the McGee’s Crossroads community of Johnston County. Russell & Elaine Wood are the patriarch and matriarch whose devotion to their Angus cattle and Duroc hogs is the cornerstone on which the family’s business is built. Partnered with sons Jeff & Robbie, the Woods continue to grow the agricultural footprint of their farm as a way to share the farm experience with the community and to preserve the farming way of life for the next generation.
Angus bulls and females from our genetics program are ready to go to work for both commercial and purebred cattlemen. Farm raised beef, pork and eggs are available to be purchased through our online store or at our on farm market. The Barn @ Wood Angus Farm is now available for rent as an event venue for weddings and other parties. At Wood Angus Farm, we remain committed to partnering with farmers, consumers and agriculture enthusiasts to celebrate the things that we love.
